PARTICIPATION OUTONO FOTOGRÁFICO
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1st
Exhibitions framed with glass will not be accepted. The photographs will be mounted on suitable media for exhibition and properly protected. The Festival will not take responsibility for any damage in the works produced during transportation.

2nd
The organization will have an official agency for sending exhibitions with a special rate which will be payed by the participants.

3rd
Some of the high resolution photos in digital files requested in the participation forms will be selected to publish in the catalog and on the official website and for distribution among the press and social networks. To this end, the participating authors transfer the corresponding rights and accept no compensation for the publication in any case. The Festival will not maintain any correspondence or negotiation on this point.

4th
The digital files of the photos requested on the forms should have a resolution of 300 dpi and the longest side should measure 25 cm; the .jpg compression will be of high quality (slightly compressed). The photographs must be sent in RGB with the Adobe RGB (1998) or RGB PROPHOT profiles.

5th
By registering an exhibition in Autumn Photography, it is made available to the Festival during the months of October, November and December of the current year for its programming. There is an exception for exhibitions inscribed that are already programmed (with fixed room and dates). The recovery or, as the case may be, the return of the exhibitions may be carried out until February 2017.

6th
The Festival will put in touch the author with the exhibition space and both will work together to carry on with the exhibition project.

7th
The authors will direct or eventually will mount their exhibitions and organize their recovery.

8th
When an exhibition project requires technical media -computer, sound or projection equipments, etc.- they must be provided and installed by the authors and the exhibition spaces. If it requires special human means -technical staff or any other kind of complementary human intervention- they must be manage between them.
